Membership Renewal Policy

All FBSN memberships are enrolled in an automatic renewal program to ensure uninterrupted access to our services and benefits. Here are the key points regarding our renewal policy:

-Automatic Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each term.

-Advance Notifications: Reminders are sent 30 days and 10 days before your membership is set to renew. These notifications are sent to the email address on file.

-Unwanted Renewals: If you do not wish to renew your membership, please cancel before the renewal date. Any unwanted renewals will only be refunded at 50% of the renewal fee within 30 days of expiration. No refunds after 31 days.
