How to start with what you have in building your team more effectively, networking with other churches to share information, etc...

Lessons Learned after attack on church in 2006 where a sociopath named Kam Shing Chan held a knife to the throat of a taxi driver and ordered him to take him to the Assemblies of God church across from the AM/PM on Lancaster Drive in Salem. Chan was already a convicted felon for crimes he had committed in the late 1980's and was sentenced to a prison mental hospital at the time, only to be released a few years later.

Armed with several gas cans he ran through the aisles of the sanctuary, ranting about “the blood,” as he sloshed fuel around and started fires.

After this deadly force incident, the need for intentional security became very real.
